Terms of Use

These terms apply to Sudo Apps LLC websites, apps, and related services, including TokenLab, Signs, Adaptive Care, and future Sudo Apps products unless a product-specific agreement says otherwise.

Agreement to These Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using any Sudo Apps product, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the apps or services.

Some apps, subscriptions, beta features, or integrations may include additional terms. If additional terms conflict with these terms, the additional terms control for that specific feature.

Who May Use the Apps

You must be able to form a binding agreement with Sudo Apps and comply with all applicable laws. Our apps are not directed to children under 13. If you use the apps on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts, Devices, and Security

Some features may require an account, app-store account, device permission, or connected service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, accounts, credentials, and backups. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or app data has been accessed without permission.

Purchases, Subscriptions, and Refunds

  • Paid apps, in-app purchases, trials, and subscriptions may be processed by Apple, Google, or another app-store platform.
  • Prices, billing, renewal, cancellation, family sharing, taxes, and refunds may be controlled by the platform where you made the purchase.
  • Unless a platform or applicable law says otherwise, purchases are final and access may depend on an active subscription or valid entitlement.
  • We may add, remove, or change paid features, but changes will not remove your statutory rights or app-store rights.

Your Content and Data

You keep ownership of content you create or provide in the apps, such as notes, prompts, transcripts, saved runs, model experiments, reminders, chart inputs, feedback, and support messages.

You give Sudo Apps a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use your content as needed to provide the apps, operate requested features, provide support, improve reliability, enforce these terms, and comply with law.

You are responsible for the content you provide and for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to use it with the apps.

Educational, AI, Health, and Lifestyle Features

  • Learning and AI tools. TokenLab and similar apps are educational tools. AI outputs, model estimates, playground results, and generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for production use without independent review.
  • Health and care tools. Adaptive Care-style features may help organize transcripts, reminders, medications, or appointments, but they are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, or a substitute for a licensed clinician.
  • Lifestyle tools. Signs-style astrology, chart, transit, or daily-reading features are for personal insight and entertainment. They are not professional, financial, legal, medical, or mental health advice.
  • Professional decisions. Do not rely on app outputs as the sole basis for medical, safety, legal, financial, employment, or other high-impact decisions.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the apps or services. You may not:

  • Break, bypass, or interfere with security, access controls, rate limits, subscriptions, or payment systems.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or extract substantial parts of the apps except where law allows.
  • Upload, generate, or share unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or privacy-invasive content.
  • Use the apps to develop malware, spam, phishing, surveillance, or unauthorized profiling tools.
  • Misrepresent app outputs as professional advice or verified facts when they are not.
  • Use the apps in a way that violates law, third-party rights, platform rules, or these terms.

Sudo Apps Intellectual Property

The apps, websites, designs, logos, text, software, workflows, interfaces, and other Sudo Apps materials are owned by Sudo Apps or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of Sudo Apps materials to you.

You may use the apps only as allowed by these terms, applicable app store rules, and the app experience. Feedback or suggestions you send may be used by Sudo Apps without restriction or compensation to you.

Third-Party Services

The apps may rely on third-party services, app stores, cloud providers, AI providers, analytics, crash reporting, transcription services, payment processors, or connected integrations. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Sudo Apps is not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit any app or feature at any time. We may also release beta or experimental features that may be incomplete, change quickly, lose data, or produce unexpected results. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not guarantee that every feature will remain available forever.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. By using the apps, you agree that Sudo Apps may process information as described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable in-app notices.

Termination

You may stop using the apps at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk or harm, failed to pay required fees, or used the apps unlawfully. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the apps and services are provided as-is and as-available without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Sudo Apps does not warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, or fit for your particular purpose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sudo Apps and its owners, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or device issues arising from or related to the apps.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sudo Apps total liability for claims related to the apps will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid Sudo Apps for the app or service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sudo Apps from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the apps, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires another law to apply. Before filing a claim, please email hello@sudoapps.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice when appropriate. Your continued use of the apps after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms for future use.
